Driving by the Medina walls at night. It seems right that they should be blurred.
Everything is in such a whirl, a swirl – spinning round and round. It’s non-stop.
I take a few pictures out of the car window trying to capture a bit of the movement, the pace of life at 10:00 at night in Marrakech. Electric.

Our destination – Le Comptoir. A fabulous restaurant located in the more affluent ‘Hivernage’ area of Marrakech. Le Comptoir is a must visit for anyone to Marrakech. It costs more than your average restaurant but you go away feeling like you have partaken in an otherwise not seen side to this crazy city. The food is not for writing home about, but the ambiance and music (particularly when the girls come out to dance) is wonderful.

Adrian,
impressive texture and angle. What an eye you’ve got. I’ve spent countless vacations in Marrakesh. You’re making me miss it.

Thank you so much for your comment. We visited Marrakech many times on holiday, fell in love with it and decided to move here.
